MEET THE PIGS
TAMWORTH
They are considered one of the oldest pure breeds of pigs in Britain. This breed is well suited for outdoor lifestyle all year round they are a very hardy breed with a ginger coat which protects their skin from burning in the summer sun. This breed is very docile but can be a very active breed and they thrive in a woodland environment as they are very good at rooting and ploughing the land.
OXFORD SANDY AND BLACK
This breed is one of the oldest breeds around 300 years old. They are best suited to live outdoors as they are natural forgers, also in our opinion these are a very attract breed with striking colours of sandy-ginger and black marking from large splashes to few spots and with floppy ears.
This is our boar Major and he is available for hire.
PIGLETS
Our piglets are a combination of Oxford Sandy & Black X Tamworth.
They carry the chunkiness of the OSB and the natural characteristic of the Tamworth.
They live out all their life's in woodland areas which is there natural environment. We think this is a pigs paradise unlike others!
